Sollte der Wunsch bestehen, die Wohnung nach Ende des Vertrages weiter zu mieten, muss das mit den Besitzern (Home&Co Dresden South) geklärt werden, ist aber wohl idR. möglich. Lage in angenehmer Nähe zum Zentrum, Neustadt, Universitätsklinikum und diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nebenkosten sind im Mietspreis inbegriffen.
Single-room student apartment in the so called "Güntzpalast", fully furnished with bunk bed, desk, kitchenette and balkony as well as separate bathroom with shower. I am currently looking for someone to take over the remaining term of the one year lease agreement. It should usually be possible to extend the lease after that, if wanted, though that needs to be arranged with the owners (Home&Co Dresden South).
Situated in Johannstadt, the apartment is close to the historic city centre, the "Neustadt", the university hospital, as well as to a multitude of shops and supermarkets.
