Modern studio apartment in a good location in Löbtau

Hello everyone,

I am Serhat and I am searching for the next tenant for my beloved furnished apartment.

The location is very nice, you can see the Conertplatz tram station out of your window and it approximately takes 15 minutes to go to city center and the university. The flat is in on the last floor and has a nice view of Rudolf-Renner Park, and it is always quite. It gets a lot of daylight, I never needed to set my alarm to wake up.

The apartment itself is unfurnished but has a kitchen included. The stove, the dishwasher, and the fridge are at your service. Also, since I am planning to go back to my country, I am selling my stuff (you can see them on images) if you are interested which are:

1. A kitchen table
2. Two chairs
3. A standalone shelf (I am using it in the kitchen)
4. A study desk
5. 140x200 bed frame (I also bought the mattress from IKEA but since it has not been 1 year yet, they will refund all the money back if I return it. So, it is not included!)
6. A drawer for clothes
8. A big couch
9. A guest mattress (90x200)
11. A mid-size carpet, three curtains, shower curtain, bathroom carpet, a couple of buckets, cleaning tools etc.
10. Kettle, fruit mixer, filtered coffee machine, microwave oven, kitchen tools (pots, plates, knives, forks etc.), iron (but it is not good), and vacuum cleaner

Shortly, everything I used for the living is on this list. All the furniture were bought from IKEA within a year, so everything is in good condition. I am asking 280 Euro total for all of them, but it is also a little bit negotiable.

The apartment is perfect for a single person, but I also think that a couple can use it. If you are interested and want to know more, leave me a message or call me.
