Du willst nach Dresden und suchst ein ruhiges und gemütliches Plätzchen zum Schlafen in absoluter Toplage?

Meine 1,5 Zimmer sind sauber und komplett eingerichtet mit allem, was man so braucht:
- großes Bett (1,40m x 2,00m), gemütliche Couch und Schreibtisch
- komplette Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühlfach und Spüle
- Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine
- Kleiderschrank
- und eine Internetflatrate

Aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthaltes ist der Mietzeitraum auf maximal drei Monate begrenzt.

Das alles gibt's für 600€ pro Monat (bei gleichbleibendem Strom- und Wasserverbrauch sowie Heizverhalten).
