Vermiete meine schöne voll eingerichtete Einzimmerwohnung mit Wohnküche und Wannenbad. Eine Aussicht wie auf einem Balkon - Blick Richtung Altstadt, freier Himmel und viel Sonne! Sehr schöne Gegend, zwischen Hechtviertel und Neustadt nahe am Park und allem, was man braucht! Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, alles Nötige vorhanden, Toaster, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Geschirr, unbegrenztes WLAN, zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung, Bettwäsche, wenn benötigt. Mietzeitraum ist etwas flexibel. Möglich ist ab sofort oder auch z.B. auch 15.08.-15.09.15. Gerne würde ich für sechs Wochen vermieten. Es ist auch bis 30.09. möglich, wenn gewollt.
Der Preis ist für einen Monat=vier Wochen. Miete ist auch bis 30.09.15, wenn nötig.
Ruft an, kommt zum Kaffee vorbei oder wir sprechen über Skype. Bis bald!
Rent my nice fully equiped one-room-flat with a kitchen and bath with bathtube, dishwasher and own free washing mashine, dishes, unlimited WLAN and two bikes if you want to use, also bedlinen and towels, if you need. There is a view like on a balcony - open sky, a lot of sun, in direction of old town towers! Friendly neighbourhood and everything around, near to parks, best location. Date is a little flexible. It is possible to rent it from now, or also 15th of August-15.0915. To rent it till 30.09. is also possible, if you need. I would like to rent flat from now for six weeks. Price is for one month=four weeks. Come to visit for coffee! Phone or write. Also talking over Skype before meeting is possible. See you!

Liegt zwischen Hechtviertel und Neustadt - wunderbare Lage! Es gibt einen Garten hinter dem Haus und die Sicht ist frei Richtung Süden; die Wohnung hat Sonne von früh bis spät. Es ist recht ruhig und nahe am Szeneviertel, am Park, an der Heide und Elbe. It is settled beetween Hechtviertel and Neustadt - a great place! There is a garden behind the house and you have an open view to south, sun from morning till evening. Not much noises and near to alternative/party quarter, to parks, to wood and to the river also.
Im Haus wohnen zwei Singles und zwei Paare mit jeweils einem Kind, alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen Bahndamm und die Königsbrückerstraße nicht weit; beides ist nicht laut, der Bahndamm wenig befahren und fast nur mit S-Bahn-Triebwagen, die Königsbrücker hört sich eher an wie Meeresrauschen...
There are nice people in the house, everybody is friendly and fine to help others, two singles, two pairs with two kids. There is the train not far, but there are almost only S-Bahn (like metro, not loud), and the street near sounds more like the ocean (if you imagine...)
