ich habe für einen Monat einen schöne möbliert Wohnung mitten in der Neustadt an eine/n verantwortungsvolle/n Untermieter/in zu vergeben.
Das Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer ist etwa 16m² groß. Mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Sofa und einem Regal ausgestattet.
Die seperate Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit einem großen Kühlschrank, einem Elektroherd und mit zwei Tischen und vier Stühlen.
Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne, eine Waschmaschine und zwei Regale.
Im Flur ist noch eine Gaderobe und Platz für Schuhe.

The living/bed room has a size of 16 square meters.
In the bathroom you will find a washing machine, a bathtub, a medicine cabinet and a shelf.
The kitchen is also fully equipped and has two tables and a few chairs in it.
All rooms have daylight and the sun reaches even in winter into the living room.

Obwohl die Wohnung mitten in der Neustadt auf einer der Straßen mit der höchsten Kneipendichte liegt, ist sie sehr ruhig, da sie sich im 2. HH befindet und dort im obersten Stockwerk, so dass man auch niemanden hat, der einem auf dem Kopf rumtrampelt.
Die Haltestelle Bautzner-/Rothenburgerstraße der Tramlinie 13 ist zu Fuß etwa 3min entfernt, der Albertplatz 10min und der Bahnhof Neustadt 15min, dort gibt es einen Lidl der auch Sonntags geöffnet hat.
Even though the flat is in the most vibrant area of Dresden it's calm because it's located in a rear bulding in the third floor.
In der Nähe der Wohnung findet sich alles, was das Herz begehrt: Supermärkte (Netto, REWE), Drogeriemärkte (DM, Rossmann), Ethno-Läden, Spätshops, Kneipen, Restaurants, Kinos...
You'll find a kinds of shops, bars, cafés and resturants within a walking distance.
Da ich sehr an meiner Wohnung hänge wäre es mir wichtig, dass sie liebevoll behandelt wird ;)
