hei na, ich suche für ab Juni/Juli einen nachmieter für meine wohnung in der rudolf-leonhard straße 13.
die wohnung hat zwei zimmer, der größere raum von beiden ist zur straße gelegen und das kleine in den hinterhof, da es dort ruhiger ist, habe ich dort mein schlafzimmer.
die wohnung hat den charme eines schönes altbaus und hat noch alte doppel fenster und alte türen.
das haus hat ca. 7 mietparteien im vorderhaus, im welcher sich auch meine wohnung befindet und im hinterhof sind zwei weitere bewohnter miethäuser.
die straße ist sehr belebt durch kleine restaurants, imbisse, bars und einige einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ich mag es sehr gern hier!
straßen- und s-bahn sind auch nicht weit entfernt (bischofsplatz)
