Ich vermiete meine Wohnung für ca. 4 Monate. Auszugsdatum verhandelbar. Einzugsdatum nicht wirklich, höchsten 2-3 Tage.
Die Wohnung wurde vor drei Jahren komplett neu gebaut. Die Küche ist brandneu, groß und funktionell mit Backofen+ Herd+Kühlschrank und jede Menge Schubladen und schränke. Im Wohnzimmer ist eine große, sehr gemütliche Schlafcouch (wird zum 140cm Bett). Ein Schreibtisch ist auch vorhanden, sowie mehrere Regale. Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert, inkulsive Geschirr, Pfannen, Washmachine, etc.
Kellerabteil und Garten können mitbenutzt werden.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Neustadt mir reichlichen Ausgeh-möglichkeiten.
Die Bahn Haltestelle Louisenstraße ist direkt vor der Tür (linien 7 und 8). Der Bahnhof Neustadt ist 5min zu Fuß entfernt.
Zu Fuß erreicht man auch in 5-10 min den Albertplatz und den Alaunpark.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich -> Bio Company, Rewe, Netto, Bäcker, etc. auf der Straße, höchsrens 5min zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt.
