The living room with kitchen measures around 22 square meters. Bathroom includes shower and facilities for a washing machine.
A small kitchen with oven, stove and sink will be installed before you move in.
A cellar room is included in the rent.
The Elbe River is just a 3 minutes walk away. Public transport is just around the corner. You can reach Dresden Neustadt station in around 12 minutes. Several supermarkets, bakeries, a night shop and restaurant are close by.
