Da ich wieder zurück in meine Heimat ziehe, suche ich eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein Studentenzimmer. Die Lage ist Perfekt, da der Haltepunkt Strehlen in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Somit ist man in 5 Minuten in der Uni. Jedoch ist es für die Miete keine Pflicht, Student zu sein. Wenn ihr Interesse habt, schreibt mir einfach hierüber und wir können einen Termin zur Besichtigung ausmachen.

Because I am moving back home, I am looking for a new tenant.
I would say the location is perfect because you are at the train station in 2 minutes and also you can be at the campus in under 10 minutes. For renting this apartment it is not necessary to be a college student. But it would make things a little easier.
If you are interested, please let me know when you have time for a apartment sightseeing.
