Kleine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete

Hallo,
ich biete meine gemütliche kleine Wohnung für drei Wochen zur Zwischenmiete. Ideal für Wohnungssuchende, Sprachkursteilnehmer o.ä. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in 5 Minuten Entfernung und zwei Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind jeweils 10 Minuten entfernt. Mit der 6 ist man in 10 Minuten in der Neustadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und es gibt eine kleine Küchenzeile. Waschmaschine habe ich leider nicht (ich gehe immer in den Waschsalon), fürs Internet könnte mein Surfstick mit benutzt werden.

Hi there,
I am offering my small and cosy apartment for a period of three weeks in august. Would ideally suit somebody who is in Dresden to look for a permanent apartment or to take part in a language course. The apartment is furnished and there is also a small kitchen. Unfortunately there is no washing machine. I have mobile Internet which you could use too. The next bus stop is a five minutes walk away, and there are two streetcar stops (approx. 10 minutes to walk). You can reach the Neustadt via streetcar within 10 minutes and the university within approx. 25 minutes, and there is also plenty of opportunities for grocery shopping nearby.
