The flat is 1 big room (32 m2), a separate hall with a small kitchen and a fridge, a bathroom equipped with a shower, as well as a cave for storage.
It is located in a very quiet, clean and nice neighborhood, with a lovely walkable area, you can enjoy the beautiful Großer Garten (The Grand Garden of Dresden) which is 2 min by walk or visit the Zoo (7 min by walk).
Grocery stores are NETTO (2 min) or LIDL (13 min) by foot.
Tram and Buses are 2 min from the flat to get anywhere in the City.
10 min to Dresden Alstadt/Hauptbahnhof
20 min to Dresden Neustadt
20 min to TU Dresden
36 min to Dresden Airport
