Größe und schöne Einzelnohnung in der Nähe von TU Dresden, Hauptbahnhof, HTW, und nicht weit von der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock des Gebäudes (mit Aufzug). Es verfügt über ein Bett, eine integrierte Küche, Schränke, ein Badezimmer, einen Schreibtisch und zusätzlich gibt es im Gebäude eine Waschküche, einen Fahrradabstellplatz und einen privaten Abstellraum. Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten außer Strom und Internet. Es ist sofort nach Vertragsabschluss bezugsfertig.

Sie können die Wohnung nach Vereinbarung besichtigen, vorzugsweise Samstag und Sonntag. Bitte melden Sie sich nur, wenn Sie wirklich Interesse haben, alle Unterlagen (Selbstauskunft, Arbeitsvertrag/Einkommensnachweise, Schufa (solicitar ahora) -Auskunft oder Personalausweis / Reisepass) haben und bereit sind, in den nächsten Tagen einzuziehen.

Large and nice single apartment near TU Dresden, Central station, HTW, and not far from downtown. The apartment is on the 5th floor of the building (building has an elevator). The apartment has a bed, an integrated kitchen, closets, a bathroom, a desk and in addition there is a laundry room, a bicycle parking space and a private storage place in the building. The rent includes all utilities except electricity and internet. It is ready for occupancy immediately after signing the contract.

You can visit the apartment by appointment, preferably Saturday and Sunday. Please only get in touch if you are really interested, have all the documents (self-disclosure, employment contract/proof of income, Schufa (solicitar ahora) information or ID card/passport) and are willing to move in in the next few days.
