Now I have a nice and quiet appartment near the TU Dresden and HTW, within 10 min's walking.
From the beginning of December, the appartment can be rented (Untermieten) to anyone who want to take it.
Netto, REWE, Kaufland and Central station are nearby. Tram3,8 and Bus 66, 61 are also within walking distance. Shopping is quite convenient.
Washing machine is available and cost only 0.80 Euro for one time.
The size of the appartment is about 33 m2, including (Wohnzimmer + Küche + WC).
The rooms were well decorated and equiped with all basic furnitures: (Bett, Kleiderschrank,Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Esstisch, Küchenschränke,Herd und Teppich). You can begin to enjoy the warm rooms immediately without moving big furnitures from Markt.
The monthly rent of 290 Euro including: 245Euro for basic warmrent, 25Euro for 16M DSL-Flat, and 20Euro for electricity power from DREWAG.
