Hi, ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine schöne 1-Raumwohnung in Dresden-Plauen (Südvorstadt), da ich bald Dresden verlassen muss und ich meinen Mietvertrag noch nicht kündigen kann.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Obergeschoss und verfügt über ein Wohn-/Schlafzimmer sowie eine Einbauküche und ein Bad mit Fliesen, Spiegel und Lampen. Wir haben eine Fernwärmezentralheizung und die Wohnung wird ab dem 1.12.15 frei.
Hi, I am looking for a new tenant for my 1-room apartment in Dresden-Plauen (Südvorstadt) since I have to leave Dresden soon and I cannot cancel my contract in time.
The apartment is in the 2nd floor and has furnished condo room with a (more or less) fully-equipped kitchen. There is central heating and it will be available starting at December 1st.
Die Wohnung ist sehr nah an der Universität und liegt quasi direkt an der Tramhaltestelle Nürnberger Platz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar (Konsum 5min, Lidl 15 min, Bäcker 2min). Die Gegend ist recht ruhig, aber dennoch sehr zentral, zum Hauptbahnhof sind es nur zwei Haltestellen oder weniger als 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
The apartment is close to the university and it is directly located at the tram stop Nürnberger Platz. Shops are close by (Konsum 5min, Lidl 15 min, bakery 2min). The neighbourhood is relatively quiet, though central (just two tram stops or less than 5 minutes by bike to the central train station).
