Meine Wohnung liegt im 8. Stock. Das Bad und die Küche sind eigene vom Wohn- und Schlafraum abgetrennte Räume. Die Küche und der Wohn- und Schlafraum sind sehr hell durch eine breite 3 Fensterfront. Das Bad hat kein Fenster aber verfügt über gute Beleuchtung. Außerdem gibt es noch einen kleinen Flur um seine Schuhe abzustellen und Jacken aufzuhängen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Bad mit Dusche sowie eine Einbauküche, die übernommen werden kann.
My flat is in the 8th floor. The bathroom and the kitchen are separated from the living room. The kitchen and the living room are very light due to a wide window front. The bathroom does not have a window but good elektric lighting. Apart from that there is a small corridor where you can leave your shoes and jackets.
In the apartment has a Shower in the bathroom and a kitchenette that you can take.
Netto ist 2 min, Aldi 5 min und REWE 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Nach 10 min Fußweg ist man am Hauptbahnhof bzw. der Pragerstraße(Einkaufsstraße). Bis zur HTW Dresden braucht man 3 min und zur TU Dresden 10 min zu Fuß. Am Ende der Pragerstraße ist der beginn der Altstadt. Bis zur Frauen Kirche braucht man ca. 30min zu Fuß.
Netto is a 2 minute, Aldi 5 minute and REWE 10 minute walk away . After a 10 minute walk you are at the main station or the Prager Straße(shopping street). To the HTW Dresden you need 3 minutes and to the TU Dresden 10 minutes by foot. At the end of Prager Straße is the beginning of the old town. From the flat to the women church one needs about 30 minutes by foot.
Da meine Freundin und ich zusammenziehen verlasse ich meine Wohnung. Wir suchen deshalb einen Nachmieter zum 01.09. oder auch 01.10.2017(Mietvertragsende).
Because me and my girlfiend move in together in a new appartment, I am looking for a new tenant. It would be possible to move in on the 01.09.2017 or 01.10.2017(end of my rental contract).
