Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral (2 - 3 min zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof, Rewe, Lidl, Restaurants, Saigon, Fitnessstudio - Fitnessfirst).
Es hat einen kleinen Balkon, um im Sommer das Sonnenlicht zu genießen, und die Aussicht vom Balkon ist angenehm.

Darüber hinaus möchte ich einige der Möbel und Geräte verkaufen, wie:

2. Couch (zum Doppelbett umbaubar)

English version

As I am moving from Dresden in January, I am putting this ad on renting the studio appartment available from Feb 1st 2023.

The appartment is very central ( 2 - 3 min walk to hauptbahnhof, rewe, lidl, restaurants, Saigon, fitness studio - Fitnessfirst).
It has a small balcony to enjoy sun light during summer and the view from balcony is pleasant.
