As I will not be in dusseldorf for some time, I am renting out my fully furnished apartment near Hbf. Everything is included and available in the apartment. Bed, kitchen, work table, dining table, stove, refrigerator etc. The rent mentioned includes all costs so there are no extra costs. It's suitable for someone either in urgent accommodation need or want a short flexible stay. There is a possibility for longer stay as well.
Location: Perfect location, just one stop away in the tram from main station or 7 / 8 minutes walk to the station. There are both bus and tram stations within few minutes walk, 2 minutes maximum. Rewe, turkish shops, restaurants all nearby.
Furnishing: As mentioned, everything is included included kitchen stove, dining plates etc.

Tenant wanted: Anyone either a student or professional with emphasis on cleaned living. The renovation is new, including furniture etc. Its not a party place due to other tenants in the building. That does not mean you can not play music or relax :)

Hallo zusammen,

Da ich für einige Zeit nicht in Düsseldorf sein werde, vermiete ich meine komplett eingerichtete Wohnung in der Nähe des Hbf. Es ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden und vorhanden. Bett, Küche, Arbeitstisch, Esstisch, Herd, Kühlschrank etc. In der angegebenen Miete sind alle Kosten enthalten, es fallen also keine weiteren Kosten an. Es ist geeignet für jemanden entweder in dringenden Unterkunft brauchen oder wollen einen kurzen flexiblen Aufenthalt.
Lage: Perfekte Lage, nur eine Haltestelle mit der Straßenbahn vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt oder 7 / 8 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof. Es gibt sowohl Bus- als auch Straßenbahnhaltestellen in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß, maximal 2 Minuten. Rewe, türkische Geschäfte, Restaurants alle in der Nähe.
Möblierung: Wie bereits erwähnt, ist alles vorhanden, inklusive Küchenherd, Essteller etc.

Mieter gesucht: Jeder, der entweder Student oder Berufstätiger ist und Wert auf sauberes Wohnen legt. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, inklusive Möbel etc. Es ist kein Ort für Partys, da andere Mieter im Gebäude sind. Das heißt aber nicht, dass man nicht Musik machen oder entspannen kann :)
