PhD student with employee contract for 3 years is looking for a 1-room apartment

My name is Marco and I am 27 years old. In the last two years I did my Masters in the beautiful Argentina. Now I would like to do another challenge and I am doing my PhD at HHU in Dusseldorf.

I am looking for a 1-room apartment from 01.12.2019 . I'm really quiet and clean. I am very ambitious and take my studies seriously, I am focused on my study and I am learning German, so it would be good to get some help with this.
I do not smoke but it does not bother me if somebody smoke. I love pets, so animals are not a problem

Ich heiße Marco und bin 27 Jahre alt. In den letzten zwei Jahren habe ich meine Master im schönen Argentinien gemacht. Jetzt möchte ich mich einer weiteren Herausforderung stellen und promoviere an der HHU in Düsseldorf.

Ich suche eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ab 01.12.2019. Ich bin sehr ruhig und sauber. Ich bin sehr ehrgeizig und nehme mein Studium ernst, ich konzentriere mich auf mein Studium und ich lerne Deutsch, also wäre es gut, etwas Hilfe dabei zu bekommen.
Ich rauche nicht, aber es stört mich nicht, wenn jemand raucht. Ich liebe Haustiere, also sind Tiere kein Problem
