I am subletting my 1-room apartment in Eller, it is a nice flat with furniture (bed, sofa, kitchen table, stools, oven, kitchen furniture. The apartment has also a balcony, Washing Machine inside. All this belongs to me and you can use it.
The total rent is 550 Euro, all inclusive - Strom, Internet, GEZ.
The flat is in Eller, 1 minute to bus and metro station (u bahn 75 and s-bahn 705 will bring you to the city centre for 15 minutes, and it is very safe and comfortable for me especially in the evening).
The area is full of shops, cafes, supermarkets, groceries, barber shops, everything what you need and it is quite safe place to live in. Eller park and Schloss is in 10 minutes walking distance, so you can bring there leisure and sport time.
The rent is at least for 6 months but can be flexible and prolonged, and probably, it will be possible to overtake the flat from September for the long-time period (but the landlord will decide in the end in autumn). The contract you will do with me, as I am Hauptmieter, and all contacts of the Landlord I will provide you.
I am searching a reliable, clean, non-smoking person, preferably already working and having constant income.
It is not possible to bring here some big-size furniture, as the flat is already furnished and has a bed and kitchen, but you still can bring your wardrobe and some small pieces.
