Da ich ein Auslandssemester machen werde, suche ich eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für meine Galeriewohnung in der Gundekarstraße in Eichstätt.
Die Wohnung ist eben auf zwei Etagen komplett möbliert und neu eingerichtet.
Sie ist mit 28 qm ausreichend und bietet genug Platz, auch mal Freunde zu sich einzuladen.
Im Sommer kann man auch die Außenanlagen wunderbar nutzen oder in das 5-Minuten-entfernte Freibad gehen.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Gundekarstraße in Eichstätt. Direkt vor der Wohnanlage befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, die auch zur Uni fährt. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten beim Lidl oder McDonalds ;)
Zum Bahnhof sind es zu Fuß circa 15 Minuten, zur Uni circa 25 Minuten.
Alternativ ist auch mit dem Fahrrad alles gut erreichbar.
Die Wohnung kann sowohl an eine weibliche als auch an eine männliche Person vermietet werden.
Vorzugsweise sollte in der Wohnung selbst nicht geraucht werden. Dafür gäbe es dann alternativ einen Balkon.
Die komplette Einrichtung an Möbeln und Geschirr kann bei Interesse mitbenutzt werden.
