Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und hat einen geräumigen Balkon zur Rückseite des Gebäudes hin. Die Küchenzeile befindet sich im Flur direkt nach dem Eingang und nimmt somit keinen Platz im Zimmer weg. Sowohl der Boden, als auch das Badezimmer sind noch nicht alt und deshalb in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich bei der Tiefgarage und ist für 2€ pro Waschgang nutzbar. Insgesamt ist es hier sehr ruhig und gemütlich.
The apartment is located on the first floor and has a balcony facing the back side of the building. The kitchenette is located in the hallway directly after the entrance and does not take up any space in the room. Both the floor and the bathroom are pretty new and therefore in a very good condition. The washing machine is located in the underground car park and can be used for 2€ per wash. All in all it is very quiet and cosy.
Meine Wohnung befindet sich quasi am Ende von Bruck, kurz vor Eltersdorf. Es ist ein gutes Stück in die Stadt und zum Südcampus, mit dem Rad ist aber beides in ca. 15-20 min zu erreichen. Außerdem ist die Bushaltestelle nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die Busse fahren regelmäßig in die Stadt. Wer gerne joggen oder spazieren geht ist hier auf jeden Fall richtig, da sowohl Wälder als auch der Main-Donau Kanal ums Eck sind.
My apartment is located at the end of Bruck, shortly before Eltersdorf. It's quite a way to the city and the south campus, but both can be reached by bike in about 15-20 minutes. In addition, the bus stop is only 2 minutes away and the buses drive regularly into the city. If you like jogging or going for a walk, this is the right place for you, as there are forests as well as the Main-Danube Canal around the corner.
Ich bin für 3 Monate im Ausland und möchte meine Wohnung deshalb zwischenvermieten. Alle meine Möbel würden also im Zimmer verbleiben und stehen Dir zur Verfügung. Natürlich mache ich genug Platz, dass Du Deine Sachen entspannt unter bekommst, das kann man ja dann nochmal besprechen. Auch mein Fahrrad und alle Küchenutensilien sowie der Tiefgaragenstellplatz können genutzt werden. Schreib mir einfach, wenn du Interesse an der Wohnung hast und wir können einen Termin zur Besichtigung ausmachen.
I will be abroad for 3 months and would like to rent my apartment. All my furniture would remain in your room and are at your disposal. Of course I make enough space for all of your belongings. Also my bicycle and all kitchen utensils as well as the underground parking lot can be used.
