günstiger ein zimmer wohnung in Erlangen-Eltersdorf

Hello everyone,
I am searching for a nachmeiter for my one room apartment in Erlangen. The room is available from March 1st 2018. The Building is recently renovated and has parking availability. It has a keller with washing-machine available for the tenants.

description:
As you enter, there is a small hallway and a bathroom to the right of it. As you go through the hallway, you reach the hall with a small attached kitchen. There is a window through which you can go out to the garden.

Supermarket:
There are a lot of farmers markets near to the house, where you can get fresh vegetables and fruits.
There is an Edeka nearby too.

Transportation:
The bus stop is literally at the gate of the apartment, around 30 seconds to the bus stop.
The bus 294 goes directly to the center.
The s-Bahn is 900 m from the apartment.

Rent:
As stated, the rent is 200 euros per month. Electricity is extra. It usually comes around to 15 euros per month.

Environment:
The place is very peaceful and calm. There are flowers blooming in the garden in all seasons except winter. If you open the windows, you can hear the birds chirping. In summer, you can read a book or drink coffee outside, even have a barbecue. A very blissful environment :)

Furnitures:
I bought the furnitures from the previous tenant. I would like to sell them to the person who would be coming next.

Exchange:
I am looking for an apartment in Munich. An exchange or references in this regard would be of much help.

Uni oder Firma:
The apartment is 4 km from Fraunhofer, eesy-ic, EB or e-solutions. The multimedia department of FAU university is around 4.5 km. You can get there easily by bike in 15 minutes.
