-Your "single apartment" is located in one of the Joseph Stiftung's dormitories. It is 12 m2 and is furnished.
The Bathroom, the toilet and the small kitchen(cabinets, stove and fridge) are in your room.
-The rent (265 Euros) includes everything(Warmmiete), even the high speed Internet. ;)
-The room has a bed, a study table with a chair, a wardrobe and shelves. The whole dormitory has a relaxed atmosphere.
-The dormitory has 3 washing machines, and 2 dryers.
-In the basement you can find a big storage room for bikes, as well as bike parking outdoors.
By foot it takes only about 15 minutes to the city center.
The various university facilities can be reached by bicycle within 5 to 10 minutes.
Grocery stores (bakeries, ...), restaurants and hardware store are nearby.
The "requirement" for having the room is having the certificate of enrollment(Immatrikulationsbescheinigung.)
Until the end of the September (30.9.2016) you will be my sub-tenant, and after that if we want, we can extend the contract to continue living there( from the October on, you will officially be the main tenant, and the contract can be in your name.)
For being my sub-tenant we only need to fill out a form which is provided by the Joseph Stiftung office.
