Wohnung ist ca. 20qm groß. Eigenes Bad mit Dusche und eine Kochnische sind vorhanden. Möbel für die miete beinhalten 2 Tische, 3 Stühle, 1 Bett, ein Schrank, ein Nachttisch, und ein Regal. Ein paar Putzutensilien und alles in der Küche lasse ich zur Benutzung da (Geschirr, Besteck, etc). Rauchen in den Wohnungen ist nicht gestattet.
The appartment is approx. 20sq/m. You'll have your own bathroom and your own little kitchen. Furniture: 2 tables, 3 chairs, 1 bed, 1 bedside table, and a bookcase with 2 shelfs. I'll leave some stuff to clean the appartment and ill leave everything i have in my kitchen (means dinnerware, cutlery etc). Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
Relative gute Lage. Bus Haltestelle ist ca. 200m entfernt und fast alle linien fahren an der Uni/IFA vorbei und zu den Arcaden oder zum Hauptbahnhof. (linien: 208.209,284,285). Die Uni ist ca. 15 minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Kaufland ist ca 10 minuten Fußweg. Um die Ecke gibt es direkt einige Geschäfte in denen man was warmes zu essen bekommen kann und einen Bäcker. (ein lieferdienst, ein dönerladen, eine Tanke stelle, ein kleines schnellrestaurant).
The location of the apartment is good. Theres a busstop 200m away (2 min walk) and almost all bus lines drive past the university/IFA, Arcaden, or the mainstation. The university is 15 min away on foot. The closest supermarkets are Kaufland and Aldi (10 min walk). Right around the corner are a few restaurants where you can get something to eat pretty cheap.
Since I am moving out there are a few things I will leave in the apartment for the next resident if he wants:
