- 3rd floor with nice view over the city and no-one can peek inside
- Internet line already there and included in price
- It's in a building with only furnished apartments. Mostly students and Siemens employees who are in Erlangen temporarily, freelancers, etc. live here
- Quiet location, very close to Siemens Healthineers, nice park (Röthelheimpark) 2min from house, forest very close too (great for riding bicycle, running, etc.).
- Supermarkets (Kaufland, Aldi; dm) pharmacies, doctors, etc. - all within walking distance
- Minimum rental period: 3 months (maybe 2 months, until end of Jan, would be OK too, need to check)
- Waste disposal, staircase cleaning, snow removal in winter, all included in price (no need to do anything yourself)
Total monthly rent is around 500€ (exact amount depends on heating and electricity usage - 500 is a good estimate for average use). No commission, no other hidden costs.
