It's furnished with bed (with mattress) - table - chair - closet - shelves - refrigerator - electrical stove with two hot plates.
It has also private bathroom and toilet.
The room is very bright as the sun enters the room around 13:00 and stays until sunset.
This hall of residence has a lot of amazing features: there is a sport room which can be accessed by the room key for exercising and working out. Also there's a game room with billiard table and darts, not to mention the beautiful and really cheap bar which is opened for the residents weekly.
There are also two big ovens for shared use. Also there are two cheap vending machines for beer and Cola.
One extra feature is the bike workshop where you can fix your bike for free.
The rent is 215 euros including everything (electricity - Heating - .. )
The apartment is in Erwin Rommel Strasse .. it takes 2 minutes walking to get to TechFak and Süd-Mensa.
Also bus stop (TechFak) is 3 minutes away by feet where buses (287-293) are very regular.
You need 13 minutes by bike to get downtown .. all Supermarkets (Kaufland - Aldi - Norma - Rewe) are reachable with in 10 minutes by bike.
Also there is a line of shops(Bank - Pharmacy - Bakery) within 2 minutes by bike.
Students are preferred.
The tenant must have a certain level of cleanness.
