meine Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen, das heißt von hier aus ist man in 3min am Schlossplatz undin max. 5min auch sonst überall. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit einem Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, einer kleinen Küchenzeile und einem eigenen Bad.
Inbegriffen ist auch eine Mitgliedskarte für die "Fitnesslounge Erlangen", die sich direkt um die Ecke befindet.
Ein paar meiner Sachen werde ich vermutlich im Zimmer lassen, da ich es ja nur für einen Monat untervermiete (August).
Gegebenenfalls wird die Wohnung aber auch ab September/Oktober frei, da ich vor habe, nach Nürnberg zu ziehen.

my appartment is situated in the city-centre of Erlangen. 2 minutes from the door you will find anything you need: shops, parks, bars, bus station, a gym is right around the corner. The appartment is built of one room (16m2) with a double-size bed, desk & chairs, and the "kitchen area". Next to it you have your own bathroom. This place is quiet but also not far from anywhere you would want to go in Erlangen. Perfect home base for studying as well as discovering Erlangen and Nürnberg.

Meine Wohnung ist Innenstadt-nah gelegen, das heißt von hier aus ist man in weniger als 5min am Schlossplatz und auch sonst überall. Zudem ist man auch ganz schnell an der Schwabach oder im Meilwald, wo man wunderbar laufen gehen oder grillen kann. Die nächste Bushaltestelle (Martin-Luther-Platz) ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt, der Bahnhof etwa 10min.
