Hi, I have a studio apartment of 22 sq.m. in the heart of the city. The apartment is managed by an rental agency. The room consists of a kitchenette and a private toilet cum shower. The apartment is fully furnished and is ready to move in from 1st June 2017. The rent is €345 and the costs for room heating and running water (cold) is 50 euros extra. These two costs are directly paid to the landlord. The tenant must bear the cost for electricity (and hot water) and I pay around 30 per month. Internet and GEZ costs to be borne by the tenant. There is a communal washing machine in the basement that costs 1 euro per wash and it is free to use the dryer.The existing internet connection can be transferred to the name of the next tenant.
This apartment is located in the heart of Erlangen! The apartment is away from the road and hence it is normally quiet. Rewe, pharmacy and McFit are walking distance away from here. Erlangen Bahnhof is 0.5 km from the apartment. The bus stop Baumwolspinnerei is only 2 minutes by walk. Arcaden is also half a kilometer away from here. Ideal for people staying alone(students or bachelors)
I have a sofa bed at the cost of 100 Euros. The sofa bed offers a pretty good comfort and two people can comfortably sleep in it. There are no other beds currently in the apartment. I can also give for free lot of utensils and cutleries in good condition that can be used along with a open shelf for storage.
