Es gibt auch einen Kühlschrank und die Gesamtmiete beträgt 274 Euro. Die Kaution ist 350 euro, diese erhalten Sie jedoch am Ende zurück. Das Zimmer ist auch voll möbliert. Hello, I am looking for a tenant from 1st September till 31st of October. Its a one room apartment with your own kitchen and bathroom ( toilet and shower). There is also a fridge included and the total rent is 274 euros. The deposit is 350 euros but this you will get back at the end. The room is also fully furnished. Das Apartment befindet sich in der Otto-Goetze-Straße. Es ist ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Bus vom Erlanger Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Es ist eine friedliche und schöne Umgebung.
The apartment is located in the Otto-Goetze Strasse. Its around 15 minutes by bus from the Erlangen Hauptbahnhof. Its a peaceful and nice environment .
Es gibt auch einen Kühlschrank und die Gesamtmiete beträgt 274 Euro. Die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete, aber Sie werden am Ende zurückkommen. Das Zimmer ist ebenfalls voll möbliert. Schreiben Sie mir, wenn Sie interessiert sind. :)
