Ich suche für die Zeit vom 5. Mai bis 5. August einen Zwischenmieter für meine Wohnung auf der Rude.
Zur Verfügung stehen 1 Zimmer, Küche und Bad - insgesamt ca. 30-32qm (die Wohnung hat insgesamt 2 Zimmer mit 45qm - 1 Zimmer nutze ich als Lagerraum).
Die Wohnung ist teilmöbiliert: Sofa, Regale, ein Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Ofen mit Elektroherd.
Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon mit Mittagssonne (man kann sich von 13.00 bis 17.00 Uhr wunderbar sonnen), Küche, Bad mit Badewanne und einem kleinen Fenster, Wlan (DSL 30 Mbit/s), Kabelanschlüss.
Ruhige kleine Straße mit sehr guter Infrastruktur:
Haltestelle der Linie 12 direkt vor der Tür (gute Verkehrsanbindung zum Stadtzentrum, Bahnhof, Post), Linie 14, 15 2 min Fußweg entfernt.
Waschsalon, Kiosk, Bäckerei, Frisör, Fleischerei - direkt vor der Tür.
Lidl, 2 Pizzerias, Bäckerei - 5 min Fußweg entfernt.
Stadtzentrumm, Uni und FH sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
