Die Wohnung ist 42qm groß, kommt mit Skylineausblick, einer separaten Küche, einem kleinen Bad mit Wanne, Abstellkammer mit Gaderobe und ist ausschließlich vollmöbliert abzugeben (s. Bilder im Anhang, inkl. Küche). Fahrradkeller kann mitgenutzt werden. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
Preis: 670 Euro warm (ggf. mit Staffelmiete) + einmalig 350 Euro für Möbel und voll ausgestatte Küche!
Der Vermieter sucht Personen, die für längere Zeit in Frankfurt bleiben (mind. 2 Jahre) und ein festes, regelmäßiges Einkommen nachweisen können. Der/die Nachmieter*in sollte außerdem nicht mehr in der Probezeit sein.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Wohnung ausschließlich an Einzelpersonen vermietet wird.

I have to very reluctantly give up my 1 bedroom appartment in beautiful Bockenheim right next to Schlossstraße (max. 10 minutes walking distance to Westbahnhof, U-Bahn Kirchplatz and the shops on Leipziger Straße) and look for a new tenant from May 1st!
The appartment is 42sqm big, comes with skyline view, a small bathroom with bathtub, kitchen, store room and is only for rent completely furnished (see pictures attached incl. the kitchen). Bicycle storage room is shared. Pets not allowed.
Price: 670 with utilities but probably with stepped rent + one-time payment of 350 for the furniture and fully equipped kitchen!
The landlord is looking for tenants that will stay in Frankfurt for a longer time (at least 2 years) and can proof a regular income through a work contract which is already past the trial time (Probezeit).
Please note that the appartment is only for rent to a single person.
