Schönes 1-Zimmer-Appartement in Bornheim-Mitte

Wegen eines spontanen Aufenthalts in Berlin vermiete ich meine Wohnung in Bornheim, Frankfurt im Zeitraum JUNI + JULI unter. Es handelt sich um ein sehr kleines 1-Zimmer-Appartement, das aber alles beherbergt, was man braucht:

- Ein Wohn-/Schlaf-Bereich inkl. Bett (1,40m x 2,00m), Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Bildschirm + Tastatur und Maus, W-LAN und Fernseher mit FireTV-Stick
- Ein kleiner Balkon
- Ein Dusch-Bad mit Badewanne und Toilette sowie
- Eine sehr kleine Pantry-Küche inkl. Herdlpatten, Kühlschrank, Mini-Öfchen, Mikrowelle und Spüle.

Voraussetzungen wären:
- Du gehst ordentlich mit dem Inventar um, keine Partys
- Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon
- Haftpflichtversicherung
- Personalausweis oder Reisepass+Aufenthaltsgenehmigung.
- Kaution: 1.000,- €

Lage: Die Position ist mit die begehrteste in ganz Frankfurt. Du wohnst nahe der Haltestelle Bornheim Mitte. Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind unzählige direkt vor deiner Haustür. An Hbf und Zeil bist du mit U-Bahn in 15 min., schöne Parks findest du fußläufig in 10 Minuten von dir.

Die Wohnung könnte zum 31.5. übergeben werden, die Zwischenmiete geht bis Ende Juni, Details können wir noch klären.

Due to a spontaneous stay in Berlin I am subletting my apartment in Bornheim, Frankfurt in the period JUNE + JULY. It is a very small 1-room apartment, but it has everything you need:

- A living/sleeping area incl. bed (1.40m x 2.00m), closet, desk, screen + keyboard and mouse, W-LAN and TV with FireTV stick
- A small balcony
- A shower-bathroom with bathtub and toilet and
- A very small pantry-kitchen incl. stove top, fridge, mini-oven, microwave and sink.

Requirements would be:
- You handle the inventory properly, no parties
- Smoking only on the balcony
- Liability insurance
- Identity card or passport + residence permit.
- Deposit: 1.000,- €

Location: This is one of the most sought-after locations in Frankfurt. You live close to the Bornheim Mitte stop. There are countless cafés, bars, restaurants and shopping facilities right on your doorstep. You can reach the main station and Zeil in 15 minutes by subway, and beautiful parks are just a 10-minute walk away.
