Leider verlasse ich Frankfurt und muss so auch mein geliebtes 1-Zimmer Apartment aufgeben. Es ist nur wenige Schritte von der Berger Straße entfernt mit vielen Restaurants und Cafes in der Nähe. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Merianplatz ist direkt vor der Tür.
Die Küche befindet sich in einem separaten Raum mit Fenster. Der Hauptraum hat sehr große Fenster. Die Wohnung ist gut isoliert und bleibt daher auch im Winter warm ohne viel Heizung zu benötigen.

Im Keller befindet sich die Waschmaschine, sowie ein separater kleiner Keller der zu der Wohnung gehört.

Der Abstand für die Möbel beträgt 600 EUR. Darin enthalten sind zwei Schränke, ein Bett mit Matratze, ein Tisch, Regale, Stühle, und ein Staubsauger, neben anderen Kleinigkeiten für die Küche/Wohnung.

Der Vermieter benötigt:
- Gehaltsnachweise der letzten drei Monate
- Schufa (solicitar ahora) -Auskunft
- Kopie des Personalausweises
- Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung vom Vormieter

Unfortunately I have to leave this lovely 1-room apartment in the second floor of a building two steps away from Berger Strasse. There are many restaurants and cafes around, and the famous Berger Strasse vibe. U-Bahn connection is just in front of the building.
The kitchen is in a separate room with a window. The main room has very big windows and therefore is very bright. The apartment keeps the warmth very well in winter and one doesn’t need to use the heating much at all.

There is a washing machine in the basement and, in addition, there is also a small cellar which belongs to the apartment.

The new tenant will have to buy the furniture for 600 EUR. The furniture includes: two cupboards, a bed with mattress, a sofa, one tables, shelves, chairs, and one vacuum cleaner, among other small things for the kitchen/apartment.

The documents required by the landlord are:
- Confirmation of the salary of the last 3 months (Gehaltsnachweise)
- Schufa (solicitar ahora) -Auskunft
- Copy of ID card or passport (Personalausweise)
- Certificate of previous landlord that you do not have any rent debts
