1-Zimmer Altbauwohnung am Schloss Charlottenburg zum Tausch gegen WG Zimmer im Wedding (und Umgebung)

Ich möchte meine liebgewonnenene 1-Zimmer-Wohnung zum Tausch anbieten. Ich habe hier eine ganze Weile super gern gewohnt, mich zieht es aber doch wieder in eine WG.
Bezügliche der Umzugsdaten bin ich voll flexibel.

Zur Wohnung:

Sie ist total schön gelegen, super nah am Schloss und Park Charlottenburg, wo auch die Spree vorbeifließt. Dort kann man ganz entspannt sitzen, spazieren oder joggen. Der Klausenerkiez ist zwar belebt, aber sehr stressfrei. Direkt unter der Wohnung ist ein Penny und in unmittelbarer Umgebung noch weitere Supermärkte, Cafés, von denen sich einige auch super zum Arbeiten anbieten, es gibt ein paar Restaurants und einige kleinere Bars. Ich geh auch super gern in die Second-Hand-Shops um die Ecke. Der Vibe ist insgesamt eher ruhig, man kann sich hier echt gut dem allgemeinen Berlin-Gewusel entziehen.

Zu Fuß läuft man knapp 10 Minuten zur Ringbahnstation Westend, eine Bushaltestellestelle und damit Anbindung zum Zoo und S-Bahn Charlottenburg sind fast direkt vor der Haustür. Zur U7 15 min zu Fuß, genauso wie zur U2.

Die Nachbar*innen sind alle sehr freundlich! Es wurde sich auch noch nie über Lärm beschwert, auch wenn ich mal eine kleinere Party veranstaltet habe.

Was ich suche:

Ich möchte gern in eine WG mit mindestens 3 Leuten ziehen, die am liebsten im Wedding gelegen sein soll. Ich wäre aber offen für die grobe Umgebung. Es soll keine Zweck-WG sein, sondern eher ein aktives WG-Leben. Es wär ein Traum, wenn die Wohnung einen Balkon hätte und vielleicht sogar ein Gemeinschaftszimmer, also ein Wohnzimmer oder eine chillige Küche zum Abhängen.

Zu mir:

Ich würde total gern wieder in einer WG wohnen, weil mir allein einfach zu langweilig ist. Ich weiß es total zu schätzen, wenn ich einen eher semi guten Tag hatte, doch nochmal von einem spontanen Gespräch mit meinen Mitbewohner*innen aufgemuntert zu werden, an einem als ruhig geplanten Abend auf einmal doch noch die Getränkereste der letzten Party zu vernichten (natürlich auch nicht-alkoholisches :D) oder mal gemütlich gemeinsam zu kochen oder eine Runde zu Spielen (Ich bin großer Fan von UNO und warte gerade auf mein AfD Adé-Brettspiel!).
Dabei ist mir aber auch wichtig, dass sich alle Raum geben, sich zurückzuziehen und ihr individuelles Leben zu leben, ohne Erwartungen aneinander zu stellen, sondern eben alles so zu nehmen wie es sich ergibt und allen Spaß macht. Ich würde gern in ein Umfeld ziehen, das eher links und vor allem aware und daran interessiert ist, eine sichere und liebevolle Umgebung für die Bewohnenden zu gestalten und wo auch Freund*innen willkommen sind.

Ich bin 25 Jahre alt und studiere Soziale Arbeit. Ich bin politisch links eingestellt und engagiere mich in meiner Freizeit ein bisschen politisch und bin in einem studentischen Kulturverein aktiv (fancy Beschreibung für ich organisiere Parties für und mit anderen Studis zusammen). Ich bin aufgeschlossen, probiere gern neue Sachen aus und reise gern (das macht aber nicht so viel von meiner Persönlichkeit aus, dass ich das in meine Insta-Bio schreiben würde haha). Ich mag Techno-Parties und Festivals. Ansonsten bin ich einfach gern unter Leuten, mit denen man Spaß haben kann. Ich bin eine recht entspannte Person und versuche, die meisten Dinge mit Humor und ohne zu viele Sorgen zu nehmen, was natürlich mit den aktuellen Krisen und der Quarter-Live-Crisis nicht immer zu 100% klappt, but I‘m trying.

Ich habe übrigens durch meine aktuell komplett eingerichtete Wohnung super viele Dinge, die ich mitbringen könnte, falls euch noch Sachen fehlen, z.B. einen Mixer, Staubsauger, Waschmaschine, Klavier und halt alles was sich sonst in einem Haushalt befindet.

About the flat:

It's in a really nice location, very close to Charlottenburg Palace and Park, where the Spree also flows past. You can sit there and relax, go for a walk or jog. The Klausen neighbourhood is lively, but very stress-free. There is a Penny directly below the flat and other supermarkets and cafés in the immediate vicinity, some of which are also great for working, there are a few restaurants and some smaller bars. I also love going to the second-hand shops around the corner. The overall vibe is rather quiet and it's really easy to escape the general Berlin hustle and bustle.

It's just a 10-minute walk to the Westend Ringbahn station, and there's a bus stop almost on the doorstep with connections to the zoo and Charlottenburg S-Bahn. The U7 is a 15-minute walk, as is the U2.

The neighbours are all very friendly! There have never been any complaints about noise, even when I've organised a small party.

What I'm looking for:

I would like to move into a shared flat with at least 3 people, preferably in Wedding. But I would be open to the general neighbourhood. It shouldn't be a functional flat share, but rather an active shared flat. It would be a dream if the flat had a balcony and maybe even a shared room, i.e. a living room or a chilled kitchen to hang out in.

About me:

I would absolutely love to live in a shared flat again because I'm just too bored on my own. I really appreciate being cheered up by a spontaneous chat with my flatmates when I've had a rather semi-good day, suddenly finishing off the leftover drinks from the last party on an evening that was planned to be quiet (including non-alcoholic drinks, of course :D) or cooking a cosy meal together or to play a game (I'm a big fan of UNO and am currently waiting for my AfD Adé board game!)
However, it's also important to me that everyone is given space to withdraw and live their individual lives without placing expectations on each other, but rather to take everything as it comes and is fun for everyone. I would like to move into an environment that is more to the left and above all aware and interested in creating a safe and loving environment for the residents and where friends are also welcome.

I am 25 years old and study social work. I'm politically left-wing and I'm a bit politically active in my spare time and I'm part of a student cultural club (fancy description for I organise parties for and with other students). I'm open-minded, like to try new things and enjoy travelling (but that doesn't make up so much of my personality that I would put it in my Insta-bio haha). I like techno parties and festivals. Other than that, I just like being around people you can have fun with. I'm a pretty relaxed person and try to take most things with humour and without too many worries, which of course doesn't always work out 100% with the current crises and the quarter-life crisis, but I'm trying.

By the way, because my flat is currently fully furnished, I have a lot of things that I could bring with me if you are still missing things, e.g. a blender, hoover, washing machine, piano and just about everything else that is in a household.
