ich vermiete meine Einzimmerwohnung ab dem 01.05.2017. Bei der Dauer bin ich relativ flexibel - sie sollte allerdings mindestens bis Ende Juni 2017 gemietet werden.
Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und vollmöbliert. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Du kannst also schnell und einfach einziehen!
Sie befindet sich ca. 10 Min von der S Bahn Station Niederhöchstadt entfernt. Ein Rewe ist innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Zur Innenstadt Frankfurts sind es 15 Min mit der Bahn. Nähe zu Vodafone, EY, Samsung, P&G, etc.
Im Preis ist Wasser und Heizkosten inklusive. Der Strom wird allerdings abhängig vom Verbrauch berechnet. Monatlich zahlst du hierfür eine Pauschale von 20 Euro. Am Ende des Auszuges wird der genaue Verbrauch dann berechnet. Die 20 Euro sind in der Warmmiete von 470 Euro schon drin.

Hey guys,
I am looking for a tenant for my 1-room-apartment which is fully furnished. There is also a washing machine and a dryer in the basement. The lease period is flexible but it should be rented at least until the end of June 2017.
The apartment is located around 10 minutes away from the train station "Niederhöchststadt". It takes you 15 min to get in the city and it is located close to several companies such as Vodafone, EY, P&G, etc. There is also a REWE close to the apartment.
In the rent, all costs are included. However, your usage of electricity will be billed in a seperate way. You are going to pay 20 Euro for your usage and after your stay we are going to check your actual use so that you only pay for that. This amount is already included in the total rent of 470 Euro.
Young professionals and interns preferred!
