Fully equipped single room apartment

Located near to central train station, city center.
Transportation is S8/9, Tram12 and Bus 78
Bus and tram 12 is exactlty downstairs of apartment building.

Taking S8/9, 1 stop 5 min to central station, 2 stops 7 min to airport and 3 stops 10 min to city center.
Uniklinik is just a couple min far by tram 12. Commerzbank Arena is just 4 km far.

I am working as finance controller in an international company in Germany for 9 years. But I am not typical finance person, I am very social, energetic, flexible and open-minded lady who likes to listen and share something new and positive with others.

I am also Airbnb super host and have 3 years experiences to rent my apartment and have had 330 very good reviews.
But on this website, I am new one but would like to have different renting experience. If you have any questions and concern, just openly talk to me. Communication is always important.

Actually I have a couple of apartments with 1 room to 4 rooms. Depends on your expectation and budget, I am very sure I can help to choose the right one for you. I am not the host who just give the key to my guest, I will be the support all the time during your stay. But sure you have your privacy. I also had a lot of experience to share apartment with people, I DON'T share apartment only: I take my guests as my friends or even family members. We spent time and enjoyed life together. You can also always learn something from different people. That was very interesting and valuable experiences.
