The Fizz Frankfurt Single Studio Apartment

I’m looking for someone to replace me as a tenant at my single studio in Fizz Frankfurt as I am leaving the city. The rent will vary depending on the duration of the contract:
- From the 1st July 2023 to 31st March 2024 (eight month contract): 1001€ per month.
- From 1st July 2023 to 30th September 2024 (fifteenth month contract): 904€ per month.

I am also open to discuss the possibility of a subtenancy from the 1st June 2023 or 1st July 2023 until the 30th September 2023 (four or three month contract) for 930€ per month.

The new tenant has to meet the following requirements:
- Enrolled student or trainee or intern
- solvent and capable of funding the rent
