Die Studio-Einzimmerwohnung befindet sich im privaten Wohnheim "The Fizz" (https://www.the-fizz.com/studentenwohneim/frankfurt/ ) in der Mainzer Landstraße 323 (8.OG) und hat eine schöne Aussicht auf die Messe Frankfurts.
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit einem Duschbad, einer eigenen Küchenzeile mit Herd, Mikrowelle, Ofen, einem Kühlschrank und einer Filterkaffeemaschine.
Das Badezimmer ist modern, sauber und pragmatisch eingerichtet. Es verfügt über eine Dusche, eine Toilette und ein breites Waschbecken und ist außerdem mit einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet.
In der Wohnung ist ein großer Kleiderschrank vorhanden, sowie ein 120x200cm großes Bett, eine Kommode, ein ca. 150cm breiter Schreibtisch und ein kleiner Esstisch.
Die großen Fenster sind gut abgedichtet, sodass man von der Straße keinen Lärm mitbekommt und es auch im Sommer nicht zu heiß wird. Außerdem lassen sie die Wohnung schön hell werden (trotz der Nordrichtung).

The studio one-bedroom apartment is located in the private dormitory "The Fizz" (https://www.the-fizz.com/studentenwohneim/frankfurt/ ) at Mainzer Landstraße 323 (8th floor) and has a beautiful view of Frankfurt's trade fair.
The apartment is equipped with a shower bathroom, a private kitchenette with stove, microwave, oven, a refrigerator and a filter coffee machine.
The bathroom is modern, clean and pragmatically furnished. It has a shower, a toilet and a wide sink and is also equipped with underfloor heating.
There is a large closet in the apartment, as well as a 120x200cm bed, a chest of drawers, a desk about 150cm wide and a small dining table.
The large windows are well sealed, so you don't hear any noise from the street and it doesn't get too hot even in summer. They also make the apartment nice and bright (despite the north direction).
In der Mainzer Landstraße gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt. Noch im selben Gebäude ist direkt ein Penny Markt für den täglichen Einkauf, nebenan gibt es einen Kiosk, welcher an Sonn- und Feiertagen geöffnet hat. Zahlreiche Bars und Imbisse, sowie auch Rewe, Lidl, Aldi und Denn's Biomarkt befinden sich in Laufnähe.
Die Straßenbahn and der Haltestelle "Schwalbacher Straße" ist ebenfalls direkt nebenan. Es dauert ca 2 Minuten hinzulaufen und diese fährt direkt ohne Zwischenstopp zur "Galluswarte, wo sie Anschluss an die Busse 52, N11, 87 und die S-Bahn Linien 3-6 haben.

In Mainzer Landstraße you can find everything your heart desires. Numerous bars and snack bars, as well as Rewe, Lidl, Aldi and Denn's Biomarkt are within walking distance.
The tram at the stop "Schwalbacher Straße" is also right next door. It takes about 2 minutes to walk there and it goes directly without stopping to "Galluswarte, where they have connection to the buses 52, N11, 87 and the S-Bahn lines 3-6.
Wie auch aus der Website des Fizz entnommen werden kann, gibt es in dem Wohnheim Waschräume, Gemeinschaftsräume und -küchen sowie einen Fitnessraum, welche selbstverständlich immer verwendet werden können.
Es gibt außerdem einen Fahrradkeller und eine Tiefgarage, bei der auf Anfrage ein Autostellplatz zur Verfügung gestellt werden kann.
Informationen zur Miete:
1. Der Nachmieter muss ein eingeschriebener Student, Azubi, Praktikant oder Young Professional sein und ggf. einen Einkommensnachweis an das Haus-Management senden.
2. Der angegebene Preis bezieht sich auf eine Monatsmiete, Heiz-, Strom- und Internetkosten sind hierbei vollständig enthalten.
3. Der Preis in der Anzeige bezieht sich auf den jetzt zu zahlenden Mietpreis. Bei einer Untermiete würde dies gleich bleiben (gerne kann auch bis zum 30.09.2023 der Untermietvertrag verlängert werden).
