The apartment comes with high-quality furniture consisting of bed including mattress, desk and chair, stool, shelves, closet, mirrors, kitchenette with two hobs, microwave, fridge with freezer, sink, modern shower bath with toilet, as well as a lot of lighting and storage spaces.
Das Apartment liegt zentral im Gallus Viertel. Sehr gute Verkehrsverbindung. Zu Fuß sind die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Schwalbacher Straße in einer Minute und die S-Bahn Haltestelle Galluswarte in 5-8 Minuten erreichbar. Im selben Gebäude befindet sich ein Penny Markt, andere Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
The residence is located in the area of Gallus. The nearest tram stop ("Schwalbacher Strasse") is 1 min by walk and the S-Bahn stop („Galluswarte") is approximately 5-8 minutes by walk (and 2 minutes by tram). A Penny supermarket is directly next door and several coffee/food shops are close by.
Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein möbliertes Studio Apartment ab 01.09.18 (Absprache möglich) im 1. Stock von The Fizz in Frankfurt. Als Nachmieter kommen ausschließlich Studenten infrage. Mietdauer mindestens bis 30.09.19, aber auch länger möglich.
In der monatlichen Miete sind Strom, Wasser, Heizkosten, Internet, TV, Satelliten-TV inkl. Sky und Möbelmiete komplett enthalten (+ einmalige Servicebeitrag i.H.v 250€ für die Mitbenutzung der Gemeinschaftsräume (Studyrooms, Gemeinschaftsküche und Dachterrasse, Fitnessstudio etc.)). Auch können Haushaltsgeräte wie Staubsauger, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen ausgeliehen werden. Nur für die Benutzung der Waschmaschinen und Trockner, sowie Parkplätze fallen Extra-Kosten an.

I am looking for a new tenant to take over my fully furnished studio apartment located on the first floor at the Fizz in Frankfurt, starting 01.09.18. The new tenant must be a student.
The rent is a flat-rate, all-inclusive rental price, which includes electricity, water, heating, internet/tv and furniture (+ one-time service fee of 250€ for the use of common areas and all facilities). The only extra costs are for using the mashing machines and dryers, as well as for renting a parking space. The residence has two main community rooms on the ground and tenth floor (with a communal kitchen, cinema room and roof terrace), as well as study/leisure rooms in almost every floor and a gym and laundry and drying room. The general environment is very friendly.
