Ich suche zum 1.12.2018 oder 15.12.2018 bis 31.3.2019 einen Nachmieter oder einen Zwichenmieter für meine Einzelzimmer Wohnung in der 5 Etage, in Gallus Frankfurt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und modernisch möbliert mit einer küche und einem Bad.
Sie ist für Studenten und 'young professionals' gedacht. Es gibt auch eine dachterrasse mit Skyline Blick, Laundry Room und große Küchen zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung. Das Haus bietet gut Sicherheit und es gibt eine Rezeption an der ihr immer eure Post abholen könnt.

I am looking for a new tenant or a temporary renter for my beautiful 1-room Apartment, in Gallusviertel, Frankfurt am Main.
It is on the 5th floor, Modernly furnished, and includes a kitchenette and a bathroom. One must be a student or a young professional to be able to rent.
There is also a Roof-top terrace, a common room and kitchen and a laundry room in the building all at your disposal. The building is highly secured and the reception staff are very friendly and will always get your Posts whenever you're not there.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Straßenbahn ist direkt vom Haus und auch die Galluswarte S Bahn Station direkt in der Nähe (nur 5 minuten zu Fuß). Nur 5 Minuten in die Innenstadt und 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.
Rewe, Penny, Rossmann sowie viele Restaurants und Bars sind in der Nähe.

It is centrally located, the tram stop is right in front of the building, the Galluswarte station is only a 5 min. walk away. Various Shops and restaurants are very near by as well.
Die Warmmiete is 800 Euro, und enthaltet alle Kosten inklusiv Internet, Heizung und Strom.
Die Mietdauer kann besprochen wird.
Zwichenmieter: Bezahlt nur die 720 Euro warmmiete pro Monat, und nur 400 Euro Kaution
Nachmieter kann ein neue Mietvertrag bekommen und bezahlt 800 Euro warmmiete pro Monat, und 1866 Kaution.
