- Neu eingerichtet und vollmöbliert (bin vor 2 Monaten selbst erst eingezogen)
- Kleine Küche mit Herd, Backofen und Kühlschrank
- Modernisiertes Bad mit Dusche
- Nichtraucher-Haushalt
- Inklusive Internet (200 GB Voll-Speed pro Monat)
- Gemeinschaftliche Waschmaschine im Keller zur freien Verfügung
- Sehr zentrale Lage nähe Hauptbahnhof - Stadtteil Gallus
- Super Pendler-Wohnung, 8-10 min zu Fuß bis zum Hauptbahnhof (Rekord ist in 6 min von der Haustür in den ICE)
- ÖPNV: S- & U-Bahn (fast alle) fußläufig 8-10 min, Straßenbahn (11/14/21) & Bus (46) fußläufig 3 min
- Rewe, DM und Post fußläufig zu erreichen (5-7 min), Einkaufszentrum „Skyline Plaza“ fußläufig (6 min)
- viele kleine nette Restaurants in der Nähe
