Ich suche einen Untermieter (vom. 01.06. - 30.09.23) für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohung im 7. Stock des "The Fizz Frankfurt" Studentenwohnheims. Alternativ auch gerne Vertragsübernahme durch einen Nachmieter (dazu unten mehr). Der Mietpreis von 830€ enthält ALLE Nebenkosten inklusive Storm, Wasser, Heizung, Internet und Hausservice.

Die Wohnung ist ca. 23 Quadratmeter groß und voll möbliert. Die Küchenzeile ist ausgestattet mit Herd, Kombi-Mikrowelle, und Kühlschrank. Das praktische Duschbad besteht aus Dusche, Toilette und einem breiten Waschbecken und ist außerdem mit einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Im Eingangsbereich der Wohnung ist ein großer Kleiderschrank verbaut der viel Stauraum bietet. Das 120x200cm großes Bett ist aufklappbar und bietet weiteren Stauraum. Ebenso im Zimmer sind eine Kommode, ein ca. 150cm breiter Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und ein kleiner Esstisch mit zwei Hockern.

Die zwei großen Fenster mit Blick auf die Frankfurter Messe sind gut abgedichtet, sodass man von der Straße kaum Lärm mitbekommt und es auch im Sommer nicht zu heiß wird.

Ein weiteres Highlight des Hauses ist die große Dachterrasse im 10. Stock die von allen Mietern mitbenutzt werden kann sowie der große Communityraum im Erdgeschoss.

I am looking for a subtenant (from. 01.06. - 30.09.23) for my 1-bedroom apartment on the 7th floor of "The Fizz Frankfurt" student residence. Alternatively also gladly contract takeover by a subsequent tenant (more on this below). The rent of 830€ includes ALL utilities including storm, water, heating, internet and house service.

The apartment is about 23 square meters and fully furnished. The kitchenette is equipped with stove, combi-microwave, and refrigerator. The practical shower room consists of a shower, toilet and a wide sink and is also equipped with underfloor heating. In the entrance area of the apartment there is a large closet which offers a lot of storage space. The 120x200cm bed is foldable and offers further storage space. Also in the room are a chest of drawers, a 150cm wide desk with chair and a small dining table with two stools.

The two large windows overlooking the Frankfurt Fair are well sealed, so you hardly hear any noise from the street and it is not too hot even in summer.

Another highlight of the house is the large roof terrace on the 10th floor which can be shared by all tenants.
