In a super central location in Frankfurt am Main, between the trade fair and the main train station, this fully furnished and equipped one-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a well-managed residential complex will be available on a long-term basis from February 1st. 2024.
The approx. 30m2 one-bedroom apartment has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin and a (newly renovated) open kitchen, which is fully equipped. The apartment has a double bed (140*200cm) and additionally 1 pull-out sofa bed for a possible 3rd person, but can be optimally occupied by 1-2 persons. Furthermore, there is a sofa table, a buffet with Smart TV (WLan & satellite connection with hundreds of TV programs, many of them also in English), a closet, a larger dining/work table and the fully equipped, open kitchen with 2 hotplates, microwave, espresso machine, fridge-freezer combination. Furthermore, a washing machine and dryer are available to tenants in the basement free of charge.
The use of the fast internet access (up to 250MBit/s) with WLan is also included in the price.
For tenants with one person, the gross rent for one month is € 1195 including the advance payments for electricity and heating, as well as the other flat-rate operating costs. For occupancy by more than one person, a surcharge of €100 per person/month will be charged.
The tenant is responsible for the broadcasting fee.
Final cleaning costs of €167 will be charged on moving out.
