Hello house seeker! My name is Kenneth and I am a student living in this lovely apartment. I am going to Singapore soon and would therefore like to transfer my rental contract. The apartment is a servied apartment with amenities including common room / kitchen, mini gym, and a large garden. If you have a car, there's plenty of parking space in the basement.
The room itself comes with everything you will ever need: a small kitchenette comes with a dish washer, an oven, a microwave and four hot plates. There's of course also a refrigerator, which can easily store ca. 2 weeks worth of food supply.
The room is also featured with a king-size bed and a large bathroom, which makes it really great place to relax after a day's hardwork / party.

Two minutes walk from station Galluswarte, which has a S bahn station and a tram station. You can easily go the the city center in less than 20 minutes. There's also a large mall and several supermarkets within 10 minutes of walking. If you prefer riding with bikes, there's also place where you can store your bike.
The rent is set at 800 per month, which includes full access to the amenities, eletricity, and utilities. Internet is also included and the speed is about 25MB /s. (if you are a gamer, connection to Frankfurt server comes with only 10ms of ping!)
Young professionals welcome, student is a plus.
