Ich suche eine Nachmieterin für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Höchst/Unterliederbach
Die Küche wird pro Stock geteilt. Das Zimmer ist möbiliert mit dem eigenen Bad.
Die Wohnung kostet 423e pro Monat, Kaution ist 711e.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 10 Gehminuten von der Sbahn Höchst entfernt( S1, S2 und Regionalzug), und innerhalb 10 Minuten mit der Sbahn auf dem Hauptbahnhof. Die Busstation 58 ist 5 Minuten, und dann innerhlb 30min am Flughafen.
Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die Wohnung kein Internet hat. Ich bin bei O2 und zahle 19e pro Monat. Mein Vertrag mit O2 könnte die Nachmieterin übernehmen(ich verlange aber 30e, da ich 60e für das Gerät bezahlt hab)
