I am looking for a new tenant to take over the nice single room apartment from 01.10.2021.
Cold rent 490 euros, Nebenkosten 120 euros, in total, warm rent 610 euro, heating, electricity, water are all-inclusive.
Internet contract with Telecom can be taken over. Currently, it is shared with my nice neighbor, 45 euros/month, so each person 22.5 euros/month.
The location is well connected.
Bus lines: 51,53,54,55,59 is within 2min walk
Tram: 11 is within 3min walk, 25 min to Hbf Frankfurt am Main
S-Bahn: S1, S2 is easy to be connected via the above-mentioned bus lines, 10 min to Hbf Frankfurt am Main
More bus lines can be reached at Frankfurt Hoechst Bahnhof connecting Frankfurt airport, Eschborn, Taunus, Koenigstein etc.
Netto, Rewe, d&m, Rossmann, and bakeries, pharmacies, etc are within 5-7 min walk.
The underground garage is available and optional for rent, 50 euros/month.
