The property is a 1 room studio apartment in a 7 story apartment building with a lift. There is an entrance lobby, separate kitchen, bathroom and a south facing balcony. There is a small storage section in the apartment and also a keller in the basement.
The apartment is furnished with a fitted kitchen including stove, oven, refrigerator with small freezer section and a washing machine all in working condition. There are also some basic kitchen utensils so that you can start cooking right away. The bathroom comes with a bathtub. The large living room plus bedroom is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, sofa, coffee table, LCD TV, two drawer cabinets, a large study/working table with extra LCD screen and a working chair and a vertical organizer.
The balcony and large window in the living room allows perfect sunshine and sky view throughout the year.
In the basement the apartment has its own keller, there is a communal bicycle room and laundry room in the basement as well.

Die Lage ist ideal für Studenten oder junge Forscher, die auf dem Campus der Goethe-Universität Riedberg arbeiten. Sie erreichen die Universität zu Fuß in 12-15 Minuten.
