Da ich an mein Auslandspraktikum eine längere Reise anschließe, würde ich meine wunderschöne Wohnung im Nordend längerfristig (etwa 1 1/2 Jahre) zwischenvermieten. Eventuell kann sie danach auch übernommen werden, wenn meine Zukunft außerhalb Frankfurts liegt. Küche, Waschmaschine und Möbel sind vorhanden, für internationale Studierende kann ich auch gerne Besteck u.ä. da lassen.
Die Wohnung hat ein sehr geräumiges Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, einen kleinen Flur, eine separate Küche, ein Bad mit Tageslicht und Badewanne, sowie zwei Abstellkammern. Außerdem gehört zu der Wohnung ein Kellerraum. Telefon- und Internetanschluss sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Firma, bei der ich die Wohnung miete, macht die Vorgabe, dass Mieter eine Haftpflicht- und Hausratsversicherung abgeschlossen haben.
I will be leaving Frankfurt for a longer period of time (approximately 1 1/2 years) and would like to sublet my apartment during that time. It is fully furnished. If there are any international students looking to stay there (maybe for their master's degree), I could also leave plates and silverware, etc. if you don't want to buy any of your own.
The apartment has a very big bed- / living room, a separate kitchen with a washer in it, a bathroom with a tub and a window and two storage closets as well as a storage room in the basement.
The landlords from which I am renting this apartment have the requirement that tenants have a personal liability insurance and contents insurance (e.g. if the washer breaks and there is a leak).
Die Wohnung liegt zu Fuß etwa 10-15 Minuten von der Konstablerwache entfernt und ist somit sehr zentral gelegen. Aber auch andere Stadtteile, wie beispielsweise Bornheim, sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist ebenfalls gut, der Friedberger Platz liegt etwa 2 Minuten entfernt, die U-Bahn-Haltestellen Merianplatz und Musterschule sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar.
The apartment is located close to the city center. It takes approximately 10-15 minutes to walk to Konstablerwache, but Bornheim is very close as well.
Public transport is very well accessible, there is a tram stop about 2 minutes away, but also U-Bahn-stations (Merianplatz and Musterschule) that can be reached within 5 minutes.
Bitte nur melden wenn das Interesse besteht, die Wohnung längerfristig zu mieten (also für ca. 1 1/2 Jahre), da es für mich aus dem Ausland schwierig sein wird, einen Nachmieter zu organisieren.
