23sqm, very bright but not too hot in the summer. The appartment is offered only if you will take the furniture (as in photos).
Furniture is 1 year old, and it includes: Double bed + microwave + iron + ironing table + table + 3 chairs + stylish yellow couch chair + plates + glasses + wine glasses + cutlery + pans for cooking + drying rack for clothes.
It has a shower and filtered air at all times. Everything in the appartment is new as the building is only 3years old (since it was built).
The appartment is sound proof so you have no problems with noise, even when you are looking on the road.
From the window you can see the Frankfurt skyline which is especially beatiful in the summer.
Location:
Arround the building are 2 U-bahn stations (Adickesallee 3 min away, 3 lines drive so you have a train to city center every 2 minutes and on the other side of the building is Deutsche National Bibliothek 5 minutes away). On 3 minutes walk is the biggest Rewe (supermarket) in Frankfurt. Right next to Rewe is DM (drugstore) and a pharmacy. On 10 minutes walking is the hospital and building next to mine is the main police station of Frankfurt so the neighbourhood is very safe at all times.
It has central heating and Wi-Fi and all the costs are covered in the rent (no extra payments).
Car parking can be rented for extra, for bycicle is free.
Building has a beautiful newly built gym and chill area, as well as lovely coffee bar as part of the building.
Washing machine for dishes is in the appartment and is brand new and the one for clothes is in the basement (shared).
Building is 300m away from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
The move in time is flexible (from May to July). Only looking for long time renters.
