• The public transport U-bahn stations Miquel-/Adickesallee and Nibelungenallee/Deutsche Nationalbibliothek are also only a few minutes away
• The lease contract for the room will be available from 1st April to 31st July, 2020 (If someone wants the room earlier than 1st April, that can also be worked out).
• The room has an attached washroom and is around 16-17 square metres
• The rent is 595 Euros which is inclusive of heating & electricity charge
• The security deposit is 1000 Euros
• City Registration can be done
• A single person can occupy the room
• The flat has only six rooms in total
• Each single room is part of the shared flat and is fully furnished with the following:
